Fadel Al Ali is the Acting CEO for Dubai Group. He is also the Executive Chairman of Dubai Holding Commercial Operations Group (DHCOG), responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the Company and its business entities. 

Fadel has a wealth of experience in the finance industry. He began a long
and successful career at Citibank, where he worked as a financial analyst
moving through the ranks quickly and was promoted to the UAE Consumer Credit Head in 2001, where he was responsible for managing all consumer credit units. Three years later, he was appointed as the UAE Head of Distribution, where he managed all of Citibank’s branches across the UAE, before joining Dubai Holding in 2004.

Fadel graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor
of Science in Industrial and System Engineering. He also holds a Certificate
of Finance from the American University of Sharjah.

Trevor Regan joined Dubai Group as Chief Investment Officer in November 2011. Mr. Regan primary responsibility is to manage Dubai Group’s diversified portfolio of assets.  

Mr. Regan has considerable experience in International Banking and Investment Management in developed and emerging markets. He has held senior roles in a number of International Financial institutions including; Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, where he was CIO from a Singapore base and Al Rajhi Bank, CIO from a Riyadh base. He has also worked in Consulting and Academia and is a highly respected contributor to Industry Conferences.

Mr. Regan has a first class degree in Economics and a Masters in Management.

Cherine Ghali joined the Dubai Group in May 2011 as the General Counsel, responsible for overseeing the organization’s legal and compliance functions. 

Ms. Ghali brings with her over 15 years of in-house and private practice experience at leading UK and US law firms based in London. She is specialized in the areas of finance, corporate and restructuring.

Prior to joining Dubai Group, Ms Ghali worked for Barclays on project financings, restructurings and corporate lending transactions in the Africa region.

Earlier, she has held senior roles at Sama Dubai and the Majid Al Futtaim Group in the UAE.

Ms. Ghali holds a bachelor’s degree in law and is qualified as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, as well as an attorney in the State of New York.
