Anthony Juliano Managing Director Anthony Juliano is responsible for overall management of Dubai Investment Group real estate investment platform. Mr. Juliano brings 15 years experience in all aspects of real estate investing both internationally and domestically.
Prior to joining Dubai Investment Group, Mr. Juliano held senior positions with GE Real Estate where he managed debt, equity and mezzanine investment products. While at GE, Mr. Juliano structured capital markets financings and originated equity investments. Mr. Juliano started his career as an attorney with Thacher Proffitt & Wood in New York where he specialized in real estate capital markets transactions. Mr. Juliano also seconded with Puender Folhard and Webster in Frankfurt, Germany (now Clifford Chance). While in Frankfurt, Mr. Juliano spent one semester a visiting adjunct professor at the University of Frankfurt.
Mr. Juliano holds a BA with honors from the State University of New York and a JD from New York Law School where he was a member of the New York Law School Law Review. Mr. Juliano is a member of the Bar of the State of New York and the District of Columbia. Mr. Juliano holds NASD Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Mr. Juliano serves on the Board of Directors of India Hospitality Corp., a publicly-listed company formed to acquire Indian businesses or assets in the hospitality, leisure, tourism, travel and related industries.

Anthony Hodges Executive Director/Head of Hedge Funds
Anthony Hodges joined Dubai Investment Group in 2004 and is in charge of the multi-manager hedge fund portfolio. Under his control, the portfolio has achieved an annualized ROE of 9.8% on 4.2% volatility.
Prior to joining Dubai Investment Group, Mr. Hodges was an Independent Hedge Fund Consultant with Hodges Associates in the UK. In this role he provided consultancy services to new and established hedge funds on their portfolio management and manager selection.
With over 30 years experience in global markets, Mr. Hodges has held senior positions at several leading fund management institutions in UK and South Africa including Sabre Fund Management, Rudolf Wolff Fund Management Limited, ALH Commodity Portfolios and Colonial Mutual Ltd.
He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Natal in South Africa, and is a Founding Director of the Society of Technical Analysis in London, UK.

Zandra Sherrington Director
Zandra Sherrington is responsible for the financial management of Dubai Investment Group real estate investment portfolio. Ms. Sherrington brings 18 years experience in all aspects of financial management and post-transaction support both internationally and domestically.
Prior to joining Dubai Investment Group, Ms. Sherrington held senior positions with JPMorgan Chase where she specialized in investment banking product support and service delivery. Ms. Sherrington championed several merger integrations during the JPM/Chase and JPM/Bank One mergers within both the investment banking and real estate divisions. Prior to that, Ms. Sherrington was an audit manager with KPMG, specializing in international banks and broker dealers. Ms. Sherrington was selected for a 2 year rotation with KPMG London working on global market products and banking diagnostic with the country of Slovenia.
Ms. Sherrington holds a BS in Accounting with honors from Boston College. Ms. Sherrington is a Certified Public Accountant (CPAs), and a member of the Connecticut State Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs.

Jeff Erenberg Senior Vice President
Jeff Erenberg is co-head of real estate acquisitions. Mr. Erenberg is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and closing investments in all property types and oversees management of existing investments. Mr. Erenberg brings 11 years experience in all aspects of real estate investing both internationally and domestically.
Prior to joining Dubai Investment Group Real Estate, Mr. Erenberg held senior positions with GE Real Estate where he worked on debt, equity and mezzanine investment products. While at GE, Mr. Erenberg structured capital markets financings and joint venture partnerships and was responsible for due diligence of real estate senior mortgage, mezzanine and equity structures in North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to joining GE Real Estate, Mr. Erenberg was Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis at Cendant Real Estate Services in Norwalk, CT.
Mr. Erenberg holds a BA in Economics from the University of Rhode Island.

Jason Kwik Senior Vice President
Jason Kwik is co-head of real estate acquisitions. Mr. Kwik is responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and closing investments in all property types and oversees management of existing investments. Mr. Kwik has 9 years of experience in the real estate and financial services sectors and has contributed to the execution of over $1.5B in real estate transactions within the last few years.
Prior to joining DIG Real Estate, Mr. Kwik held positions with GE Real Estate and GE Capital. While at GE Real Estate, Mr. Kwik was an Associate Relationship Manager responsible for originating and underwriting direct equity investments for GE’s North America investment platform. In this role, Mr. Kwik focused on acquiring office, medical office, industrial and single-tenant properties. Prior to GE Real Estate, Mr. Kwik held various finance and risk management positions at GE Capital including roles in capital markets, financial planning, controllership and auditing.
Mr. Kwik holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany and is a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program.
